This week, Hero continues to make gains in the weight department & he also received his first couple of saddles. They went pretty textbook. I'm actually relieved to say that he did react to the saddle once he broke into a trot but quickly settled down & never offered to again.
Next week, he'll continue to be saddle & build his confidence there before we shoot for his first ride next weekend.

I do my best to get these updates posted in a timely manner, but it's not uncommon for me to be outside until after dark, depending on the weather, my schedule, & who gets worked when so updates will sometimes be posted quite late in the evening.
