This week, we roped the dummy some more & continued to refine his previous exercises & maneuvers. I introduced the training ball on the ground first, which he was a bit apprehensive about initially. Once on his back, it didn't take long for him to push it all around & really begin to hook on & track it around. This week, he had his first bareback rides & also experienced a more solid bit with romal reins. While it wasn't bad, he needs a bit of help when he gets a bit stuck & overbent & feels better in something with a bit more movement at this point.
Next week, we'll continue to polish things a bit until pickup.
