Unlock Your Horse's Potential

Lexy Nuesch Horsemanship

Rowdy: September 30

Rowdy has been doing well!

We've continued to do a bit of Round Penning, Desensitizing to the Lead Rope & Stick & String, Yield the Hindquarters & Forequarters, Backing, Lunging Stage 1, & Flexing. We've also adding Sending, Circle Driving, & Lunging Stage 2.

Next week, we'll begin Jeffrey's Method (https://www.facebook.com/lexynueschhorsemanship/videos/230146694757550/) in preparation for saddling & his first ride. We'll also do Leading by the Hind Feet. If all goes well, he should be saddled by Wednesday/Thursday. Depending how that goes, we may shoot for a first ride that next weekend. We're also working to schedule a trip to Knotty Equine for dentals & first sessions.

I had to include the photo that shows Rowdy & Slate's glued at the hip relationship.

Next week's update will be posted on Friday.
