Max got to ride the couple miles over to the Plum Creek Wildlife Management Area on Monday. He did very well, even when being swarmed with deer flies.
He's had zero issues riding through the cattle as well.
Max is a fantastic young horse. You definitely lucked out with him. He's still a young horse as you well know, but he's going to be a great horse for you.
KEEP IN MIND:
It's going to be very important to keep him sharp & responsive as he'll get heavy in your hands if you get lax.
FEEDING PROTOCOL AT LNH:
AM: 6# Magnify & 1# OMG
PM: 8# AlfaLux
