This week, we've continued to work on getting Cactus more comfortable with contact & furthering his softness at all gaits & when stopping.
We worked on Circle N' Circle throughout the week & spent a good bit of time loping in the arena & then put some loping miles on out in the hay meadow.
Cactus also got introduced to my large training ball. He was pretty unconcerned about it bouncing against him & had no problem pushing it around & quite enjoyed it.
Next week, we'll continue working on Cactus' softness & will spend a lot of time trotting & loping in both the arena & pastures.
