I agree to pay Lexy Nuesch Horsemanship the recurring fees as chosen above. I agree that Lexy Nuesch Horsemanship will have continuous authority to charge my credit or debit card with the amount above at the intervals stated effective immediately upon receipt of this form. I understand that I am committing to the LNH "Unlock Your Horse's Potential" Academy for a minimum of three months. I understand that I am responsible for cancelling my membership by editing My Account or contacting Lexy Nuesch Horsemanship by phone. I understand that if I do not cancel my membership my credit or debit card will continue to be charged for the amount above at the intervals stated in my membership agreement.
